Beaulaurier Enterprises currently operates 7 McDonalds restaurants in Oregon and Northern California. We have recently grown and are looking to grow our management team. This position would oversee the operations of 3-4 restaurants and play a key role in the development and growth of our company. We believe that our people are our greatest asset and are committed to creating win-win opportunities for our team. Our business is all about our customers and employees.

Job Summary:

*Manage General Manager performance, overall operations, staff and business results of multiple McDonald's restaurants.

*Oversee restaurant operations through visits, training, coaching and solving and highlighting issues to D/O.

  • Provide operational perspective and leadership that improve customer satisfaction, profitability and ensure that each meet McDonald's meet standards.

  • Act as an ambassador for the McDonald's Brand in the community in which we do business.

Qualifications:

  • A proven track record of successfully managing a McDonald's restaurant.

*Restaurant General Manager or Supervisor experience is preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to take on additional responsibilities beyond store operations and

experience managing multiple units preferred.

  • Excellent planning, organizational and communication skills.
