McDonald's Digital Ambassador ($16.50-$17.00) in WHITESTONE, New York

Description

The Digital Ambassador’s primary responsibility is to be the subject matter expert

(SME) of our Digital Platform. This person should understand the importance of our

Digital Ambition as well as the significance and impact executing as designed (EAD)

has to the business.

As a SME the Digital Ambassador will assist customers with downloading and

navigating the McDonald’s App. They will ensure the crew are properly trained on

all Digital platforms including MyMcDonald’s Rewards and Mobile Order & Pay

(MOP)

Responsibilities:

Must be outgoing and persuasive while demonstrating top-notch customer

service and hospitality.

• Try to understand the expectations and feelings of the guest- put yourself in the

guest's shoes.

• Create a warm and inviting environment.

• Look for ways to offer assistance, for example offer help with placing mobile orders

• Have a thorough knowledge on how to navigate the App, be able to utilize all the

functions and be able to explain the benefits.

• Be able to explain how to download the McDonald’s Mobile App and place a mobile

order from start to finish and explain the My McDonald’s Rewards feature.

• Smile and have fun! It's contagious.

• Be willing to work outside and wear all appropriate safety gear – including safety vest
