McDonald's Assistant Manager in VAN BUREN, Arkansas

This job description is for an Assistant Manager position at 1903 Fayetteville, Rd, Van Buren, AR 72956.

An assistant manager supports the general manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, hiring and training qualified staff members, ensuring custom satisfaction and maintaining high food standards. With professionalism and a positive attitude, they will help contribute to the growth of our restaurant, as well as the long-term success of our employees.

Assistant Manager Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old

Minimum 6 months employment with McDonald's as a certified manager.

Open availability

Dependable transportation

Clear verbal communication and problem solving skills.

Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.

Accessible by phone to the store manager at all times
