Could you be our next Head of Development, Northeast?
With new restaurant openings driving significant growth in the Australian market each year, our National Development Group is at the heart of McDonald's expansion strategy. We're dedicated to ensuring profitable growth through strategic property investment, development, and management of our construction and asset portfolio. Now, we're searching for an experienced and self-motivated Head of Property to lead our Northeast region to new heights. Could this be you?
Based in our Thornleigh Office, you'll have the unique opportunity to lead our real estate development efforts in the Northeast region. As Head of Development, you'll be responsible for providing strategic direction and guidance to our team, driving business success, and maximizing the value of our property portfolio.
What can you expect to be doing on a day-to-day basis?
Provide strategic direction for property acquisition, market analysis, and complex property management issues
Manage department workload and allocation to ensure regional goals are met
Champion innovation projects to enhance customer experiences and financial returns
Collaborate with stakeholders to maximise value and return on existing assets
Ensure efficient execution of asset management tasks and maintain strong regional relationships
Report regularly to senior leadership, acting as the primary liaison in the QLD and NT market
Oversee licensee communications and resolve disputes or issues effectively.
Qualifications:
Your keys to success
Extensive prove experience as a Property Manager or Senior Development Manager
Expertise in commercial property portfolio strategy, including investment, development, and disposals
Deep understanding of the Australian and (Queensland and Northern Territory) property market
Exceptional leadership skills and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to inspire and influence
