McDonald's Training Manager in THOMASTON, Georgia

Starting Pay $ 15 - $ 17

Pay is based on work experience and must be available for all shifts

Trainer Position

Trainer will have many key responsibilities in the restaurant which include: Training, the ability to teach others, Food Safety, Inventory Management systems, setting goals, delegating tasks to their teams, following up, and reporting back to their team and other managers. Must be able to effectively train others to higher levels and develop managers.

Skills Needed

Time management skills, Excellent computer skills and Organization
