The McDonald’s Team Member/Crew Member position is a plethora of food service & customer service responsibilities rolled into one. You’ll learn to serve customers in our dining area, drive thru, and various positions in the kitchen.
As a Team Member, you may be responsible for:
Greeting customers with a smile
Taking accurate food orders/Assisting guests with kiosk orders
Preparing McDonald's World Famous burgers and other delicious foods
Keeping our restaurant clean & well-stocked
Partnering with other Crew & Managers to meet target goals and have fun!
Example shifts:
9PM - Close
7PM - Close
3PM - Close
