McDonald's Managers Immediate Openings in RICHMOND HILL, Georgia

Performance BONUS POTENTIAL OF UP TO $200 PER MONTH!

Growing McDonald’s restaurant company hiring motivated, customer-obsessed leaders looking to grow in our newly modernized restaurants.

Full Time and Part-Time positions available. We will consider all availabilities and pay a higher starting wage for those that can work all shifts/all days. Weekend availability is recommended for Full-Time positions.

We are looking for highly motivated leaders, who are looking for a chance to grow with our restaurant company. We believe education is important, we will strive to be teachers and coaches to help develop each individual to the best of their ability. We do not require any type of formal education prior to obtaining the position, we have to ability to provide all of the training and education you will need to become successful in your endeavors with our organization.

Some management experience is preferred but not required as we will train the right candidate. First and foremost, we're looking for individuals that can work well with others and treat our guests to a great experience. If you’re a people person and love engaging with customers and crew on a daily basis, we have a spot on our team for you!

All managers will assist in leading shifts and the team to deliver great quality food, fast with high levels of hospitality and a reasonable profit. Once you've mastered running a great shift, then we'll work to develop you to run one of three departments in our operation, Kitchen/Quality, People, Guest Services/Hospitality.

Benefits include Competitive Bonus, Paid Vacations, Free/Discounted meals, Health Care benefits and tuition assistance up to $3000 per year.

We pay for ability and availability, weekends required.
