McDonald's General Manager in POWDER SPRINGS, Georgia

We're looking for an enthusiastic General Manager in our metro Atlanta store that knows how to maximize Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Value (QSC&V). A General Manager who isn't afraid of accountability; The ideal individual knows how to motivate and get the most of the team while ensuring systems and routines are in place. Caution: This is not a job for a General Manager that wants to maintain. The ideal person for this role loves to build and is comfortable taking steps to improve the business to reach its maximum potential.

Some key responsibilities are below:

Executes a plan, based on an employee commitment measurement, to increase employee's loyalty, satisfaction and pride with the McDonald's experience.

Recruits, selects and retains an optimum number of crew, maintenance, and management who are enthusiastically dedicated to customer satisfaction.

Manages the development and training of crew and shift management employees, including crew initial and follow-up orientations.

Maintains critical standards for raw and finished product quality, service speed and quality, cleanliness and sanitation.

Models performance standards for all crew stations and maintenance. Works in a unit-producing capacity as needed.

Measures external customer's satisfaction and executes plan to improve their satisfaction with their McDonald's experience and increase their loyalty.

Effectively schedules to build the business on all day parts.

Effectively executes national and co-op promotions to maximize sales potential.

Effectively develops and executes my store (local store) marketing plans to maximize sales potential within the community.

Conducts in-restaurant implementation of new products and procedures.

Properly executes, enforces and manages all food cost, food safety and sanitation, and quality control systems included in the 31-day book, as well as opening, transitioning and closing checklists.

Maintains all physical plant aspects of the restaurant, including landscaping, building, equipment, etc.

Accurately projects , measures and controls all P&L line items, e.g. food, labor, etc. Administers in –restaurant employee benefits and payroll procedures, including reporting.

Requirements:

Track record of improving business results Relevant McDonald's experience Customer Service orientation

Prefer: HU certification Bilingual
