McDonald's Office Administrator in PENSACOLA, Florida
Nowak Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a professional office administrator for its restaurant operations and affiliated companies. NEI owns and operates 6 McDonald’s restaurants in Pensacola, Florida. This job is located at the company’s office at 3695 North L Street, Pensacola FL 32505. Starting pay is $16-$18/hour, based on experience. The work schedule is 35-40 hours during normal business hours. And you eat free at McDonald’s! We’re looking for a friendly addition to our small office staff who brings qualified skills through any combination of education or experience.

Comfortable with using spreadsheets
Payroll experience
Bookkeeping experience
Quickbooks experience
Google Drive experience
Duties:
Scan invoices to 3rd party bill pay system
Import timekeeping data into 3rd party payroll system
Process and distribute checks
Complete various spreadsheets and reports
Daily data entry into payroll system
Answer garnishment and unemployment claims through mail
Daily bank transfers
Calling in change orders
Order supplies for stores
