The Assistant Evening Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for making sure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. These standards are high, so this is a big job! The Assistant Evening Manager works with his/her leader to set the restaurant’s goals and creates a plan to achieve the goals.
The Assistant Evening Manager is also responsible for assisting in the developing of Department and Shift Managers to make sure that the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future by providing coaching and direction to improve their skills.
To qualify you must be available for 8 hour shifts between the hours of 2:00pm and 11:00pm. Must be a Hamburger University graduate with Department Manager experience, or equivalent experience at another Restaurant Company, QSR, Fast Causal, or Full Service.
