J. Smith McDonald’s is seeking to reinforce our 10 service teams located on the Peninsula in preparation for welcoming patrons back to our dining room experience. The ideal candidate will take pride in delivering stellar service in your respective areas and will enjoy a schedule and tasks tailored just for you!

Guest services Ambassadors thrive on engaging customers in genuine dialogue and service and take pleasure in working at the fast pace of peak shifts demand.

Grill & Kitchen Crew members are quality-obsessed and take great pride in ensuring every food item is safely prepared, of high quality, and cooked to the proper recipe every time meeting the savory expectation of each guest.

Cashiers/window servers are the 1st and last line of service our customers experience and take great pride in capturing each patron with a welcoming spirit, fulfilling their expectations of service and product with a smile.
