Run the shift or the shift will run you - it has been said before at McDonald's. This is a position for a leader. Somebody with a voice. No observation post here - we work at Johnstone Foods McDonald's - we make the plan, work the plan, revise the plan when plans change. Have you always been the natural leader when you are part of a group? Then come on down. Do you have it in you but no one has ever given you a chance. Then come on down - we may be your people.
We take you where you are - and help you get to where you want to be. We hire the right person then teach them the skills. We hire talent. We hire leaders. We hire people who believe in other people.
If you have shift management experience with McDonald's we will pay you for that experience - if you don't but with another brand or industry - let's talk. So - send us an email if you have some burning questions or tell us about how amazing you are. Apply for the JOB. firstname.lastname@example.org for email communication or call 850-819-4950
