To lead and drive effective people tactics and priorities that are aligned with both the Field and U.S. Leadership in the People Component of the Business. Has the Leadership abilities to work across cross functional departments as well as is self lead.
Functional Guide and Advisor in regards to all People related strategies to help staff and retain employees.
People Leader and a Change Agent who can drive employee performance and talent through open talent conversations.
Extraordinary Communication and time management skills.
The Human Resources Manager is a remote position. The applicant will reside in either the St. Louis, MO or Kansas City, MO.

Human Resources Degree or Certificate preferred
3-5+ years of HR Management experience
Experience working in a multi-unit and/or hospitality/retail experience preferred
Provide input on People Strategies to Leadership
Lead/Influence key partners
Understand other non HR functions of the business
Train/partner with other functions on People tools/strategies and tactics
Coach and influence People Leaders
Hold self accountable
