Primarily responsible for encouraging customers to access the self-service kiosk in the restaurant lobby, the Guest Experience Lead greets each guest, invites them to the kiosk and provides assistance with ordering as needed. A high-profile position, the Guest Experience Lead must be both friendly and have a social savvy to identify those guests who will appreciate extra attention and those that won't.

The Guest Experience Lead also assists kiosk guests with payment, either at the kiosk with a credit card or Arch Card or at the designated counter register and she or he explains the table locator system to ensure prompt and accurate food delivery. When not directly working with kiosk guests the Guest Experience Lead continues to interact with other customers, greeting them and assisting as required.


Friendly, Enthusiastic, Comfortable engaging people in conversation, Able to read body language, Comfortable with technology and able to become expert with the self-service ordering system, Able to become fully knowledge to the menu.
