Job Description

McDonald’s USA is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to support our Dallas Field Corporate Office. This is an excellent opportunity to build upon your professional experience in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. You will be a critical team member and will perform a wide variety of specialized and administrative functions to support our field office. The candidate must possess strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills and a proven track record delivering results both within a team and independently.

 • The right candidate will work closely with the administrative team and also serve as a peer leader

• Direct and execute complex administrative projects including researching information to respond to questions

• Schedule travel for high level executives using vital travel tools

• Responsible for overall administrative functions of the Field Office including, but not limited to, expense reports, professional communications, DocuSign, digital filing, etc.

• Maintain calendars with critical and current meeting details and travel management for executives

• Track timelines and coordinate the completion of ongoing department projects

• Collaboratively manage and coordinate creation and update of regional intranet content, working with internal content providers to ensure content is up to date, accurate and meets company standards

• Design, write and edit PowerPoints, presentations, emails, and communications

• Assist with the creative planning and logistics of small and large-scale meetings such as department/cross-functional team meetings, franchisee conferences, training seminars, webcasts, and company celebrations/team-building events

• Manage web-based meetings for the field office as necessary using Cisco WebEx • Organize and maintain digital filing (SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams

Qualifications

  • Must be fully vaccinated (i.e., at least 2 weeks after last dose) for COVID-19 and, if hired, present proof of vaccination by start date.

  •  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Office Administration, Finance, or related field preferred

  • 5 or more years of experience preferred in a role performing administrative coordinator job functions

  •  1 or more year(s) of experience preferred in a role providing general administrative support for 1 or more senior-level managers

  • Ability to deliver consistently high quality and professional customer service to both external and internal customers

  • Possesses excellent time management, project management, and critical thinking skills.

  • Demonstrates ability to handle and maintain confidential information

  •  Strong oral and written communication, project management and critical thinking skills

  •  Strong attention to detail and ability to complete assignments efficiently

  •  Adept at working with high-level executives in a diverse workforce

  •  Can juggle multiple projects simultaneously, often with tight and competing deadlines.

  •  Results driven, professional and reliable

  • Ability to adapt and perform to a continually changing business and a fast-paced work environment

  •  Uses strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with peers and all levels of leadership.

  •  Preferred experience in event planning with high attention to detail (ex. events, meetings, dinners, conferences, etc.)

  • Quick learner and ability to understand complex business issues • Ability to maintain composure and positivity in high-pressure situations • Must keep time and attendance Technical Skills Required: · Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) · Database management skills desired · Skilled working with Office Technology (ex. Audiovisual equipment, tablets, etc.
