McDonald's Guest Experience Lead (GEL) Starting at $12.50+/ Hr in COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado

Position Description:

We're looking for enthusiastic, outgoing individuals who love engaging and interacting with customers!

If you’re tech-savvy, love meeting new people, enjoy communicating, and are friendly and outgoing,

then the Guest Experience Leader position may be the perfect position for you! Our Guest Experience Leaders work in our restaurants and take care of our dine-in/take-out, delivery, and mobile-order-and-pay customers. The Guest Experience Leader gets to create feel-good moments every day with customers by:

• Greeting guests and communicating with them while ordering

• Offering help with using the ordering kiosks

• Assistance to prepare take-out, dine-in, delivery, and mobile order and pay orders

• Ensuring a clean & safe environment for our employees and customers through our cleanliness

standards

• Ensuring kids are made to feel like special guests

• Handling any customer concerns

• Communicating with the restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations

Position requirements:

All you need is an outstanding attitude, willingness to learn and grow, and the capability to excel in a
