A Shift Manager shadows the primary the responsibilities of the manager responsibilities. They have great communication skills and able to direct and control a shift. Our Shift Managers ensure that everything is under control during their shifts. Typical responsibilities include overseeing all operations from greeting customers to the quality and speed of service in all of our restaurants. Responsibilities • Maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary environment • Direct, teach, and help your shift at all times • Set a good positive attitude and atmosphere while working • Be able to attend store meetings when given • Responsible for controlling shifts by managing people and production. Knowledgeable about all crew positions in the restaurant. Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers.
