Job Description:

McDonald’s is in the midst of a multi-year strategic transition to modern applications. The Global Technology Enterprise Services team is looking for a Business Applications Solution Architect with a proven track record of delivering solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment, across various geographies around the globe.

The Solution Architect will assist with a variety of business application rollouts-related initiatives and tasks in support of McDonald's current and future use of products centric.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Demonstrable experience with Lease/Finance solutions across different industries (QSR industry a plus) with large-scale implementation project experience within global organizations.

  • Experience as a solution architect in various modules and versions of TRIRIGA/ IWMS including Real Estate Management (Lease Administration and Accounting).

  • Partner in providing impeccable business support & custom solutions, specific to business needs and goals

  • Worked on end-end solution architecture for various complex requirements to reusable solutions implemented across business applications

  • Rolled out strategic business plans, accounting standards, audit compliance standards, and best practices for better product quality and stability

  • Hands-on experience in customizing and implementing various Lease Concepts like Payments (Payables/ Receivables), Operating Schedules, FASB/ IFRS (IASB) standards, Journal Entries, Fiscal Payments Summary, Index adjustment, Clauses, Options, Space Use Agreements, Owned Properties, etc.,

  • Experience in documenting requirements and use case scenarios in JIRA/Confluence.

  • Worked as a trusted advisor to implementation partners or clients

  • Reviews, analyses, and evaluates business systems and user needs

  • Worked with large, global teams to deliver results. Teams would have consisted of employees and third-party contractors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in the field of Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration

  • Experience leading sizeable IT planning and application development functions

  • IBM TRIRIGA experience in Lease Management is a plus

  • Proven strong negotiating, influence, and leadership skills

  • Delivered projects and operations using agile delivery principles and teams is a plus

  • Effectively worked in a matrix organization

  • Experience in Automation/RPA, digital/virtual assistants and mobility is a plus
