Job Description:

As Manager Mobile App Deployment (Process Transformation), you’ll be responsible for evolving the end-to-end deployment process for McDonald’s Digital Products at scale, including market adoption, cost optimization for process. You’ll work with a team that will focus on enabling Market success through deployment optimization through the McDonald’s ecosystem.

The Manager Mobile App Deployment (Process Transformation) will maximise their deep expertise with coordinating multi-product deployment processes and positive relationships with market teams to improve quality, efficiency, and accelerate our ability to deploy new features that our customers love. This role is central to ensuring our McDonald’s Digital Products at scale releases are high-quality and support our markets and customers-the buck stops with you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help frame vision for global mobile app deployments market adoption across 80+ countries.

  • Define, develop, and implement targeted strategies to optimize global mobile application deployments at large scale, through outstanding change management practices.

  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key collaborators and executive sponsors across international markets and the Global Product teams to evangelize new ways of working for Mobile App Deployments.

  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement iterative evolutions of our tools, technologies, and processes to drive scalability, efficiency, and higher quality of our Deployment processes.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify obstacles and new opportunities for the success and adoption of Mobile App deployment ways of working.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in large scale global Mobile Application Deployments technical and functional processes, tools and ways of working.

  • Experience in transforming and modernizing processes through implementing technical processes and evolving cross team’s ways of working.

  • Experience leading multiple sophisticated, cross-functional projects in parallel, including prioritizing major initiatives and negotiating trade-offs with business collaborators.

  • Deep knowledge of mobile technologies on the iOS and Android platforms, especially related to beta, canary, and production release processes.

  • Experience with CICD tools and automation, including Jenkins and GitHub Actions

  • Experience/strong understanding with crafting and improving continuous deployment tools built on Kubernetes.
