Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Director - Field Franchisee Placement,  to join our team. In this role, you will:

  • Ensure execution of Franchising Strategy Candidate Vision

  • Be accountable for strategic placement of 200-300 franchise owner/operators restaurant placements per year

  • Lead decision making process for Qualified to Buy status, present to senior leadership

  • Focus on diversity and act as liaison to field office & owner/operator  Diversity Leads to help drive their O/O diversity initiatives

  • Manage white glove experience for high potential fast track candidates

  • Align and coordinate with Training & Sourcing Directors and Managers to provide strategic comprehensive input to leadership

  • Lead and develop a Franchisee Placement Manager

  • Manage US Franchising Strategy Budget

  • Act as a strategic partner and aligns with other Franchising Service Lines, field office leadership, and other departments (finance, treasury, etc)

  • Track program performance and key takeaways

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree required, Master Degree preferred

  • Must have an emphasis on Org Design, Talent Management, HR Strategy, and Leading Change

  • Demonstrable ability to interact and influence senior leaders

  • Strong interpersonal skills and an aptitude for building rapport

  • Exceptional project management skills on sophisticated and evolving work

  • Passion for understanding the business and collaborating cross functionally

  • Ability to successfully work in a fast paced environment, and balance highly sensitive issues while managing competing priorities

  • A strong solutions focus with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions

  • Strong business and financial acumen
