A McDonald's Shift Manager is a member of Management and Leadership. You represent McDonald's and make decisions to affect the Brand. You are an example to customers, crew, and other managers. A McDonald's Shift Leader communicates to crew to get things done. Most of all you are responsible for delivering Outstanding Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards at the highest level to all of our customers.
