We are seeking a General Manager who is a take charge leader, is results driven and has outstanding leadership behaviors to grow the business and build sales here in beautiful Central Oregon area.

Job Responsibilities include:

· Puts our customers first; Anticipates customers concerns and takes initiative to proactively resolve issues; operates the restaurant to maximize customer satisfaction and delivering Super Friendly Service 100% of the time. · Accomplishes restaurant human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, training, scheduling, coaching, counseling, motivating and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures to have a fully staffed restaurant with a highly motivated team focused on impressing every customer. · Achieves restaurant operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change. · Meets restaurant financial objectives; adhering to budgets; initiating corrective actions. · Controls cost and quantities of food preparation; minimizing waste; ensuring high quality of preparation to achieve optimum food cost and profits. · Maintains safety, secure and healthy environment be establishing, following and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complying with all legal regulations. · Executes for results; sets high performance standards with clear expectations for self and others; monitors progress of others and redirects efforts when goals change, are not met, or are no longer relevant; puts in extra effort and work to accomplish critical or difficult tasks; upholds all of McDonald’s Standards of business conduct.

Skills/Qualifications:

· To apply for the General Manager position you MUST HAVE previous McDonald’s General Manager Experience. We will accept other experience only for the hourly shift manager positions.

Compensation and Benefits Package for General Managers:

· $35,000 starting annual wag.
